Anti-Spam and Domain Use Policy
ADK Technology LLC maintains this policy to govern how its company names, websites, domains, subdomains, products, and services are used in electronic outreach. Our goal is simple. Any message that references ADK Technology should be lawful, honest, relevant to the person receiving it, and easy to opt out of.
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to all ADK Technology employees, officers, and contractors, and to any affiliate, agency, consultant, lead-generation provider, email service provider, technology vendor, or other third party acting for or on behalf of ADK Technology.

Our commitment
ADK Technology may conduct lawful, targeted business-to-business outreach to relevant professional contacts. Any such outreach complies with applicable law, accurately identifies ADK Technology and the individual sender, includes valid company contact information, and provides a clear way to opt out. We do not send indiscriminate or untargeted bulk email, and we do not advertise the covered domains through unsolicited messages.
Prohibited practices
The following are not permitted under any circumstance:
- Advertising any covered domain through indiscriminate or untargeted bulk email.
- Sending messages to anyone after they have unsubscribed or asked that communication stop.
- Concealing or falsifying the sender identity, organization, email address, subject line, routing information, or purpose of a message.
- Using misleading links, redirects, tracking systems, or domain configurations to evade spam filters or reputation systems.
- Removing, disabling, obscuring, or obstructing an unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism.
- Using automated harvesting or other unauthorized methods to collect email addresses.
- Using affiliates, contractors, agencies, vendors, or third-party platforms to carry out any conduct prohibited by this policy.
Requirements for business-to-business outreach
When ADK Technology conducts targeted outreach, every message must meet these requirements:
- Recipients are selected based on a reasonable connection between their professional role and the service being discussed.
- The message accurately identifies ADK Technology and the individual sender.
- Subject lines and message content are truthful and not misleading.
- The message includes valid organizational contact information, including a physical mailing address.
- The message provides a clear method to request that future communication stop.
- Unsubscribe requests and direct opt-out replies are added to suppression records and honored before any further outreach.
- Recipient information comes from legitimate business data sources and is used in a manner consistent with applicable law.
- Sending volume and bounce activity are monitored to prevent indiscriminate distribution.
Use of covered domains in email
Email containing links to getadktechnology.com, www.getadktechnology.com, or go.getadktechnology.com is limited to requested communications, existing customer communications, transactional messages, and recipients who have affirmatively agreed to receive linked promotional content. These domains are not used as links, tracking resources, redirects, images, or unsubscribe URLs in unsolicited outreach.
Third parties
No affiliate, contractor, agency, lead-generation provider, email service provider, or other third party is authorized to use the covered domains in any way that violates this policy. Third parties working with ADK Technology must comply with this policy in full. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, services, contracts, or business relationships.
Enforcement
ADK Technology may review recipient sources, suppression records, complaints, bounce activity, sending practices, domain reputation, and vendor activity to enforce this policy. We investigate credible reports and take corrective action when appropriate.
